Never cleansed before: important question

I've never cleansed before and have been reading all these
reports from people cleansing and passing large stones that
were in their livers or gallbladders. Here is my question:
(which sounds stupid to even ask) "How are the stones
excreted? Through the urethra or by the rectum?"
