AmyK or anyone: what is the OO/GF recipe for the flush.....is that by Hulda Clark ? Also the cola flush, the simple one with olive oil? Where do you get gold coin grass and if you were to take it 2 days prior to flush would that help with staving off pain? How painful is it; when the flush is done, how often and for what duration should one flush? Has anyone take Diatomaceous Earth (food Grade) for the parasites. One answer suggested treating possible parasites after the flush, has anyone used this? THanks, D Tweet
