Re: What will the liver/gallstone flush look like
I just finished my first liver/gallstone cleanse with excellent results. I am 40 years old and was diagnosed (via ultrasound) with
Gallstones 10 years ago.
My clense involved a 21-day detox program culminating in a 3-day liver cleanse. I passed the stones on the second day of the three-day clense.
My stones were dark green and shiny, some the size of a lentil, others the size of a chickpea. There were many of them - at least 35-40 - which surprised me at the time. Since then I've learned that people can have hundreds of stones.
Here are some disgusting but pertinent details, so please bear with me: With my clense, the stones were imbedded in the stool. I could see the stones, because my stool was light yellow-green and mossy (from eating green apples, I imagine) and the stones were dark green, solid and shiny. I hear that
Gallstones can be a variety of colors, though. They weren't hard, but they were very dense.
Passing them was not painful, but slightly uncomfortable.
I hope this is helpful, and good luck on your clense!
