I disagree with most of PTREE's reply. It is harshly critical and draws several conclusions from flimsy evidence.
The first issue is to discuss openly with your BF the reasons why he wanted to to leave the house after his mother died. You need to hear it from him and put aside your own opinion of why he wanted you to go. He will probably have some unexpressed feelings towards you from that incident.Please do not presume to know his mind on this issue UNLESS he has calmly told you why he wanted you to go.
My instinct tells me that there is an unresolved problem between you and neither of you want to deal with it.
As far as the other girl goes, I can understand your jealousy and resentment but what he did is precisely what most of us do when we are distressed -we turn to a sympathetic ear. Men do it and women certainly do it. The issue here is whether she is CURRENTLY emotionally or sexually intimate with him.
Why not get them together and have it out face to face. You need to resolve this and soon or your resentment will consume you .. Tweet
