I am inclined to agree with both Pushkin and Oliver..and I think that TM's suggestion is in danger of becoming discriminatory and undemocratic. I think that the initial aim was to make the site humanitarian ...all aspects of it available to all ..., to be able to both read AND post regardless of their financial status or anything else. It is the fault of no one that the site has exceeded expectations and no visitor..reader or contributor should be penalised in any way.People come to the site needing help or offering help..neither should be turned away.
