I agree with everyone else that has posted a response to your notice. Paying to use this great site is just fine. I have only known about it for a few days, and I feel that it is really, really great. I have never seen a site like this one. The people that post are becoming friends. And we all need more friends. Please don’t close this site. We need it desperately, and all the forums, just like they are. Please don’t change a thing.

I don’t think you realize how much people rely on your site. Being able to join in on your forums for the first time is like being closeted in a dark room...forever, and then suddenly finding yourself on a mountaintop. The sun in your face, the wind at your back, it’s been an exhilarating and breathtaking experience. Please don’t put me back in the dark room again, please. It would be too painful an experience to contemplate.

I will be very glad to pay. Although I too, would like to pay an annual fee, rather than a monthly fee. It would be more convenient for me.

I do have one request though. Please tell me where I can mail a check or money order. I am very new to the internet and I’m still overly cautious. I will be glad to contribute more than you are asking.
