Dear web site visitor,

Traffic on the CureZone Forums has been too high.


You may have seen that design/layout of the large portion of Curezone.com web site have been significantly changed in the last 2 weeks.

Yes, one of the reason is that we want to improve this web site ... but the real push to make changes have been actually made by the hosting company (ReadyHosting.com), (we don't have our own server/network. Curezone.com is hosted on server/network owned by ReadyHosting.com.)

By changing design, we have significantly changed amount of bytes (bandwidth) that are transferred per each page, but number of visitors have been doubled, creating even more traffic.

In the last 3 months, traffic to CureZone.com has been extremely high, causing serious problems on the network of ReadyHosting.com.

Last month (July), there was over 250 000 user sessions, downloading over 1 million web pages, generating over 50 G-Byte of bandwidth (bandwidth = quantity of data transferred from curezone.com to visitors’ computers.) (50 gigabytes equals amount of information stored on 72 compact disks!). And a tendency to even double this traffic in the next 3 months. Most of the traffic is generated on the forum pages.

Ready Hosting did not expect such a high traffic, and now they don't want anymore CureZone on their server, unless we shut forums down.

Those forums are the main reason for high traffic and high server resource usage.

We believe that we can cut a deal with Ready Hosting and make them host CureZone.com together with forums, if we pay significant amount of money per month.

We have 3 possible options:

1. To shut the forums and remove all the messages from CureZone.com ?

2. To put advertisements on every page and hope to collect enough money to keep forums running?

3. Ask you to help us paying CureZone.com bills by donating $1 or $2 per month ?

Choice 1. We don't like this one and will do everything possible to avoid it.

Choice 2. We don't like this one, because it will change the whole idea of this web site (non-commercial), and will make us dependant on advertisers' money.

Choice 3. The most reasonable solution for the problem, as you are the reason for high traffic. Forums will be open for everyone, and donations will be on the voluntary basis. If that doesn't work, we will have to put banner ads, or to shut forums down.

Creditt card donations would be handled by Amazon Honor System.
