I feel like "I USED to be pretty"
I have been suffering with
Psoriasis since I was 13. Now at 25 the only remission I've ever seen is while I was pregnant, and soon after the spot's were back, bigger than ever. Just recently I learned that there are other people infected just like me, and that there are each one teach one forums such as this one. So here goes: I suffer from psoriasis, I haven't worn shorts, skirts, or bathing suits in 12 years. My legs are covered with sometimes huge silver area's and sometimes huge black area's. In the last couple of months I've tried over the counter remedies (coal tar, systolic ? acid) and they smoothed my skin but left huge discolored area's and eventually the raised patches returned.
I've grown comfortable with just hiding my spots but recently they've spread to my hair and my elbows which is a little harder to conceal. I have neither the will nor the means for trail and error at this this stage in my life. It's fair to say that I've given up, but found new hope with this forum. I've read some of the postings on urine cleansing, probiotics, oils, powders, fasting, clonics, diets, etc. Quite frankly I'm lost and wouldn't know where to began. Again, I lack the will for trail and error but I have found new courage in your shared experience's. Please provide me with some basic options.
