Nice explanation

Good explanation. I understand in theory that urine can carry beneficial products that may at a later time be needed by the body. But my question is why should we use urine for a source of calcium if we can get it a glass of OJ, for example. The logic I have found difficult to follow is unless urine has something in it that makes it inherently beneficial, the plus sides to anything found in it can easily be found in other things. I once again would like to see some pics of 90% clearings if it as all possible. Tweet
