I forgot to mention something that might help. Since I have been getting these chronic colds I get plaque build up in my throat. I can feel it in my throat and when I will cough or sneeze some will come up. It is a solid white substance and smells terrible. I have it during the winter months even when I dont have a cold. When the weather warms up in the spring it goes away. I clean my teeth and tongue very well twice a day and gargle with Listerine or Hydrogen Pyroxide but it doesnt seem to help. I also feel as though I have dry mouth often. Anyway, I thought this might help when making suggestions on things to try. Thanks......Sam Tweet
