My panic attacks (and headaches) went away when I stopped drinking coffee and avoided anything with caffieine.
I see there are a variety of suggestions and you will find what works for you. As a rule if anything makes you uncomfortable back off and try something else. CureZone is great.
One thing you can do right away with no expense is to drink a lot of water. Up to a gallon a day. Don't drink anything except water..especially no coffee, tea, soda, beer or manufactured beverages. This will relax your body and flush out a lot of toxins.
