I don't know where you reside but if at all possible, I'd recommend seeing a naturopath or herbalist in your area. There are so many products and procedures available but you want to try and find out what your body needs specifically. One thing I have found is so important is to make sure your colon is unhindered and working well before beginning liver cleansing. If not, all the released toxins cannot flow out properly and may be recirculated.

I've been cleansing for about a year now and just recently started colonics. I can't tell you how much that has helped the healing and restoration process. Since you said you've been constipated for awhile, I would recommend if at all possible, finding a reputable colonic administrator in your area and consider starting out with that.

Shelley will have much more knowledge but these are just my thoughts...

Don't give up! There's always hope and your conditions are all treatable.
