I don't eat this way because of soemthing I read in a book. All I've doen is taken my normal diet and subtracted the junk - the coffee and the treats. What I'm saying is I feel better on the junk diet than I do without the junk. In fact, today, I drank a coke thinking I had low blood Sugar and sure enough I felt much better. I am very concious now about my electrolyte levels and take the cleansing drink everyday and add trace minerals to it. I don't mean to be argumentative but I don't think that's it - my instincts tell me no.
