I have a dilemna. WHenever I eat very well, I get symptoms such as : severe dizziness when standing which eventually corrects, really weak, and really tired.
The diet that does this to me is all vegetables and some oil and some fruit.
I would say I"m fairly toxic as normally I"m very fatigued with other symptoms like lightheadedness.
The only things I can think of is one of the following:
a. my blood Sugar dropped
b. I'm detoxing and my blood is more toxic
Any thoughts on why I feel this way when eating so well ? I eat 2 veg meals a day and I drink the lemonade/ACV with minerals added throughout the day.
