I mean cleanse my colon While on Liver cleanse , as other colon cleanser do ,because i've been taking psyllium and other herbs with it for the last 4 months, i'm having 1 bm a day with triphala

Most of my stools are watery shelley, i've read somewhere else that Oxypowder also does , it means like ure passing mucus, Thanks
