Shelley i've read ur post about colon cleanseing that u can't clean ur colon taking Triphala while on Liver/Colon cleasing, u have to use other products like P&B shakes or the product got P&B in it, or like Oxypowder ,

Because few monts ago i was using a product that i bought at GNC that got Psyllium in it without Bentonite and i read some post here including u that we can use Triphala because it doesn't cause any dependence thats way i bought Triphala and 2 months later i read ur post that u can't cleanse ur colon just taking triphala because it doesn't remove impacted fecal matter

I thought we just have to remove mucous that what i read on Bowel CLeanse/P&B shakes PTree posted and suddenly u mentioned about impacted fecal matter , is't a hard mucous or somethings like that, Shelley?

I' ve seen one product called Somethings like ... 7 ... i forgot at my HEatlh store, the ingredients like Psyllium, bentonite, friendly bacteria etc We just need to take 1 tsp a day , the ingredients quite fantastic i think, Shelley if i can;t use the triphala to clean my colon , can i take the above products in long terms like 1/2 year or more, because as like u;ve mentioned will cause a dependence, Thanks
