Hi Bel and Sylvia,

OK, I found the Epsom Salts (0.99 cents/lb) and vitamin c in powder, 250grams (strength 686mg). My

husband is taking it now because he wants to cleanse himself. So far he is experiencing sharp pain in

the abdomen and is extremelly gassy after taking it. Is that normal? His question is: does Epsom Salts

really cleanse the whole internal system or just helps to get the bowel movement. Are there any other

side effects?

My question for Bel is: Have you noticed any side effects of the therapy regarding the kidney function?
