Hi Bel,

Thanks a lot for the info!
I don't have the same book as you do, so the proper use of enema for the Bowel Cleanse is still confusing me. Do you drink that mixture (how much do you make, i.e. the ratio of epson salt and vitamin C)or do you use colon irrigator? In my book they just mention using the cammmomile enemas but without any details how to do properly do that.
