Sounds like it's not just adrenal (Did you get my reply on how to feed the adrenals?) :) but also an upset to your circadian rhythm. It'd be a good idea to wake as close to dawn as possible and do some sun gazing. This resets the body clock. Do this for several days in a row. Try to watch the sunset too if you can. At night, start to wind down at around 9:30 - turn off the TV, dim the lights, meditate. Tell yourself all thru the day that you will be in bed asleep by 10:30 pm.
