Re: Coffee colonic vs liver flush

A coated tongue isn't always a sign of candida, but it is always a sign of a weak digestion/coated intestines that can lead to candida.

best thing to do for coated tongue is to avoid refined foods such as flour and sugar, and use lots of heating spices in your dishes and drink spicy teas, in conjunction with bowel management to help purge the coating.

Every time I eat wrong so that I get a tongue coat, I drink ginger tea or Yogi's India Spice all the next day and eat foods like Kichadi or something with a curry or fajita type spicing. Whenever my digestion gets compromised I practically live on these teas, and then when my tongue is clear I switch to Egyptian Mint yum yum! :)

When the coating is tinged yellow that indicates a bilious situation, meaning too much bile in the small intestine still. The P&B shakes will help with that, as will digestive enzymes and a bit of a gentle laxative like Fennel tea.
