Coffee colonic vs liver flush
I am planning to get a
colonic within the next week or so, after my 3rd
Liver Flush as I've read that this can be very beneficial to ridding the body of the toxins flushed by the liver. However, in researching colonics, I've been told that the use of coffee in a
colonic has the effect of purging the gallbladder and liver of bile and toxins. This seems to serve the same purpose as the liver flush.
My questions are;
Is the coffee
colonic more effective, less effective or equally as effective as the liver flush? What's the difference?
Would it be purposeful to have a coffee colonic the day after doing a liver flush? Would all the toxins have already been flushed? Or, could the coffee colonic get even more out?
This would be my first colonic. Is there any recommendation as to which number in a series of
colonics would be best for a coffee enema(if recommended at all)?
Thanks so much for your responses!
