Your list of foods is just about textbook perfect! So you "digested" the Atkins information in a way that is miles over and beyond what most people end up doing with it! I think the only changes I'd make is to make sure the animal protein never exceeds more than a 4oz serving at any one meal. :) Good for you!
So why are the other Atkins readers eating tons of cheese and deli meats and saying carrots are bad carbs? 'tis puzzling!
