I understand what you mean about 'body identification. I am also 'conscious', I am also aware of the fifth dimension, the pain body, the shadow, Being, and all those other things you referred to, although your words ('signposts') may be slightly different. I am fully aware, understand, and practice the work of Eckhart Tolle, etc etc etc.

However, the body, mind and spirit are directly affected by one another and need to be balanced and in harmony. If the body becomes toxic, ill, weak, etc, the mind and the spirit are affected. I agree with you also, that candida is a physical manifestation of the shadow (pain body). That does not mean that its healing (transmutation) cannot take place by tackling it from a body focussed angle.

I myself am a recovering alcoholic. I did it by tackling candida. I did not enjoy AA groups although I am forever in their debt for being there when I desperately needed that 'crutch'. However, I did not want to spend the rest of my life sitting in a solemn cirle talking about past pain. I found that painful in itself.

If you are still having the problems you say you are, and are not finding full relief by tackling its physicality, then I would recommend you read the works of Eckhart Tolle, who will teach you the full blown pain body and ego mechanics behind your alcoholism (and indeed any other mental, emotional and physical pain that you might be subject to), and you can then treat yourself from the spiritual angle.

One thing for sure, you sound as if you are holding onto your alcoholism/cravings, which is keeping you living in fear, and in the past. I address this purely to the conscious you, although your ego will surely deny it, as it denies your alcoholism, thereby keeping you trapped within its destructive field.
