Oh yeah - Sugar is in pretty much all breads, unless you buy special kinds at the healthfood store or in the organic/health section of your grocery store. I had a friend who worked in a bakery making the whole wheat bread, and she couldn't believe how much Sugar was added. Try eating the whole grains like oatmeal and rice and other cooked grains instead of bread to curb your cravings (they don't contain Sugar unless you add it ;) Breads like Spelt bread and other ancient grains are better for you than plain whole wheat.
