roooth
I started weaning myself off of SAD about 6 months ago, cutting down frequency of meat and dairy. Now in a month I can count the number of times I eat meat/dairy on one hand, although this might be harder when my husband returns. I lost a few
pounds but then bounced up and down depending on how much bread I ate. I found that bread is a huge trigger and gets my sweet tooth going in high gear! I went on the
Master-Cleanse to reset my sweet tooth - that works nicely - but then find I still have a HABIT now of snacking too much. I did
Master-Cleanse again and now I'm working hard on my eating habits to take out snacking and eating more appropriately. I've only had bread 2x this week: the rest was veggies/fruit, some cooked, some raw. I'm collecting and planning more raw recipes and bought a blender. I can't say what my diet is because it's in transition but what I wrote above is the last few days and I'm trying to stick with that although part of me still wants bread/sweets. Anyway thanks for feedback; it helps to hear people's opinion/experience as I try to reprogram my habits. Thanks...
oh - I'm wanting to keep what I lost on
The Master Cleanse plus another 10 lbs.
