Butter is okay to have on your buckwheat pancakes. Apples are fine also. Just peel the skin off and choose the not so sweet apples. blueberries or any fruit that is not too sweet is fine. It is my belief and that of some candida specialists that it is healthier for you to have some fruit than to not have any. Just in small doses mixed with other foods. It sounds like some people on this forum are starving themseves of some nutritional foods.
