Re: also

I have considered that my D6D is impaired and have tried taking all the minerals and vit required, didnt show any results so I supplement with primrose oil. Unfortunately I am not able to balance things out with it, I was able to reduce my fungal dermatitis substantially but not 100% there seems to be a block which I think is insulin resistance or my fungal infection. I think the key to my scarring is getting my fatty acid back in balance, but its like walking a tight rope everyday-like one day I had cilantro with a taco and OPPS! my skin and lips got dry and seems my fats where led down the inflammation saturation highway-shows up as oxidized blackheads.

You mentioned coconut oil as 03, I have found it acts like 03 for me but have not seen it listed as a source of 03. I got great clearing of my dermatitis by "swishing" (oil pulling) coconut for 15 minutes twice a day. Unfortunately I had to stop because my skin was getting thin and dry like it does from eating 03's. So many clues to try to figure out. Which leads to my next question...isnt there any easier way than all this detective work? Do you think that a hair anylysis would be of any benefit here? And Acu-cell, do they do mail order service of some sort? Is it possible to go to my doctor and do any lab work to try to figure this out? I know I am going to ask for a ferritin test next time I go, but I wonder if these types of test are acurate.
Forever I have always had a low alkaline phospatase on my labs (dr.s always told me it doesnt mean anything when low), then I got insomnia and was taking lots of magnesium to help with that-my alkaline phospatase went up and I wondered why-seems this enzyme can be low during magnesium deficiency.
This trial and error thing is nerve racking-only because my skin scars.
