Re: Candida and losing weight!

How can we tell what Dinosaurs ate? If 1000 yrs ago a new race uncovered human remains, they would INDIFFERENTLY decide we were vegetarian. A great chart can be found here: http://michaelbluejay.com/veg/natural.html That is pure science. As well as is the fact that most doctors are in the dark about this, I know TONS of great natural doctors, even, who don't get this point. But The China Study is a great resource, as well as other books, as to why animals were not meant to be in our diet. You are not alone in your response to adding meat again: I know a lot of raw foodists and/or just vegans who feel as if something is missing, and many who are (seemingly) feeling great. Just as how a lot of meat-eaters feel like shit every day. There is still the challenge to get everything you need, but there really are no special powers in meat. More Science is that most of the vitamins and minerals die along with the enzymes in meat when you cook it. Plus, I am saying this assuming you are eating hormone free organic meat.... most are NOT and CANNOT. And you may not even be. There simply is nothing in it that you can't find otherwise. Whether you got it otherwise is another story, sounds like you weren't. But why fault the vegetarian diet for that? Besides, is our entire life about what makes us feel good to eat it? Are there any other factors to consider? Like it's effects on the earth, on others, other creatures, etc?
