it is one of the best therapies around. it gets the lymph system moving down and out.
1. spend about 45 minutes getting real hot and sweaty in a tub or sauna. lately, i have been laying out in the sun and sweating profusely.
2. use water that is at least a 50 degree differential from your body temp
3. in a sitting position, pour the water continuously on the area below the navel and let the water run off of your underparts/anus. do this for 15 minutes.
thats it. do it as many times as you like for as many days as you like. it will get the mud flowing in the right direction - into the bowels. message and rebounding are both a good adjunct to this therapy, but it works even if a person cant do those other things.
