I know - those enemas expel horrible globs/threads etc. I've now come to a point where only clear mucous (i.e no longer housing the baddies) is expelled and symptoms were going big time. A few slip ups on holiday set me back a little but only a little.
The drink is good for removing threads from the intestines, the enemas from the bowels.
