Another idea- to deal with the effects of either die-off or brain fog, etc.
I read Remi86's post before about helpful nutrients. I decided to add in Molybdenum and Pantethine. I already had the other nutrients in my diet. I do think that it is helping. There are toxins that the body cannot eliminate that cause you to feel bad, these nutrients help to metabolize them into other products that can be eliminated.
