I don't know if I can help you, but maybe I can try to help you feel better :).

I just recently finished a 21 day OJ fast and have been going 100% raw since. The first week of raw I gave myself shingles, a week later broke out in hives, got a urinary tract infection (which just went away), and had horrible headaches that I haven't had in months, and not to mention body pains and fatigue! I should've went to a doctor, but I didn't, and through good diet, plenty of rest, and taking sitz baths, I'm back to normal, working, and bike riding with more enthusiasm and energy than before. Of course a few weeks ago, everyone around me, including myself, thought I was hurting myself. I believe it was all due to a cleansing reaction my body was going through by trying to expell as many toxins/acids as soon as possible but I didn't have enough means to do so, so it started messing up everything BAD.

My diet has strictly been fruit juices, vegetable juices, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and distilled water. On occasion I have tea, maple syrup, agave nectar, Sea Salt , or olive oil. No grains (except sprouted wheat berries), dairy, meat, fish.

If it will make you feel better, maybe try to see your doctor, although they may not agree with your dietary changes.

If you feel tired, than rest, maybe your body is trying to get some cleaning done now that you are giving it what it needs to get rid of toxins. Here's some info on sitz bathing:

The coated tongue is fairly common among detoxers too.

I hope that gives you some peace of mind. Try not to worry too much or you can cause your body even more stress during this critical stage, just try to take things easy for a bit and if need be, make an appointment to see your doctor.
