Wow.. thanks both of you for taking the time to answer my post so quickly. It has helped a lot. I was excited to see that I could eat about 3 oranges per day if I'd like.. I think this will help me keep from eating other bad foods. I'm really excited about learning more. I'm going to go through the posts and blogs to find out more and I'll take your advice and not restrict myself at first and do what I can when I can.. It's ok if it is a slow process, I'm willing to do what it takes. I just know I need to do something! My thing is I just want to make sure what I'm doing is the RIGHT and BEST thing for me. I always had issues with the low carb, low fat thing.. it seemed like I never knew what I was supposed to be eating. One person said carbs were good, other said it was bad, and blah blah blah.. it just drove me crazy because I WANTED to do the right thing, just never knew what it was. But the more I read the more I see I need to be eating more raw foods and start treating my body right by feeding it what it needs and not just tp please my taste buds. I am also excited to see what a difference it makes in the appearance of my skin over time.
