Thanks you two, hadnt got round to posting on Vinny's group just yet.

Not sure if it was a general healing crisis or a rise in more dysbiotic bacteria leading to a healing crisis....probably a mixture of both but very confusing when you have brain fog.

Its really powerful so take it slow if you're going to try it.
