Well...I too started getting bact. inf after being w/ my boyfriend!
I had never gotten them before him actually....and they kept recurring.
I was thinkin...nah...neither of us have birds...buuuuuuuuuut he is FOREVER visiting his mom and his mom has a big ole outside cage of pet birds! and a dog (which i think u read can catch it from the birds). Thing is my b friend is NOT sick at all....actually very healthy and energetic. but i always told my doctor that she should treat him also every time i got treated for the infection...but they didnt believe it could be passed on.
If my illness is truly caused by candida...i'm curious if there is even more issues to deal with medically now with this mutation theory Shroom. I've had enough docs telling me its all in my head! URGH!
