Hi Sans. Yes! This could very well be causing secondary infection. I think this is true in my case. The white stuff people often see in stool\urine is the result of white-cells or immune cells cleaning out an infection. It's also known as puss. If you can get that stuff analylized, you would have an identification hands-down. It would have to be done by lab microbiologist.
I know a lot more about the behavior of fungus in the human system. The kind we have is parasitic. This means the "organism" in question has created the ideal environment for many types of parasites. The bacterial infection, if it is there, is in all likelyhood parasitic in nature. Most
parasites prefer neutral PH environment, but this can depend the type of "guys" infecting you. If you have a bladder infection for example; then by testing the PH of you first morning pee, you should be able to determine the PH preference of the organism{infecting bladder} Shroom
