Isn't it incredible how widely different we all are... I had a shot of B12 once, 1/2 the recommended dose for my weight and I was gasping for air for 3 days. I couldn't stuff enough iron or folic acid into me to match or assimilate all the B12. First I started gasping, and when I took some iron it helped a little, then the "gasping" started again. Taking any more iron after that just made the symptoms worse.

Same with other minerals too. Frustrating to need minerals so desperately and not be able to take much.
