that looks good...but I always wonder about the macadamia nuts in so many raw recipes.
3 1/2 cups would be more than twenty dollars, as far as any price I've seen! That makes such raw things very expensive- in more ways than one. I'm sure it's worth it for a celebration meal,

but on a very inexpensive note, I've been lately enjoying zucchini fettucini, with a really good tomato sauce -which i guess is "marinara". Weird, that, it always makes me think 'fish'...

The fettucini is just delicious, simply marinated in a bit of olive oil and acv tossed with Sea Salt . Sometimes I add minced Celery leaves, black olives, crushed chilis...

so good! And so simple. I'm amazed that it satisfies me as much as 'real pasta' used to.
