Looks like they used zuccini strips for the pasta. I wonder what else is in there.
Looks like homemade marinara sauce, mushrooms. Not sure what the green stuff is. How else would one make a fresh living food lasagna. How did they get those zuccini strips so thin? I don't think a mandolin would work with that because the zuccini is rounded and the mandolin is straight. Anybody else have good recipes for living food lasagna? Raw and fresh.
