I had the best raw lasagne ever a while ago; I would say that it could even challenge most cooked lasagne (and I am a first generation Italian-American, so that says a lot!). It was made by rawlifeline.com, which is based in Philadelphia, PA. I used to live in that area and several health food stores in the area sold it. You can order it online, and they will ship it to you in dry ice, but I believe you can go to their web site and send them an e-mail and they will give you the recipie for any of their foods for free! (Their spring rolls and burritos are fabulous also.)
