Many kinds of blessings...
Dear Kalliopi,
I love that you say you bless your food as you cook! That's the gift all of us give to our families.
And I also love that your culture keeps silent socially on comparative religions. That's how we do it here, too, believing that it is the person we are interested in, not necessarily any particular doctrine. (We can arrange private conversations about religion, if we wish.)
I would be hard pressed to give a religious blessing, for complicated reasons. But I use the word 'blessing' in the sense of adding the energy of goodwill and well-being, even beyond my comprehension.
There are many ways of doing this, of course. I like to think that "in the secret of my heart", and even far away and at a different time, is possibly very effective.
Dr. Emoto's words and experiments encourage me.
I kind of left testing with pendulums as being inconclusive with me. But, you are opening my mind. I'll re-read your posts.
All my best, and my thanks, Kalliopi.
