I wanted to return here to thank you for your post. You tell an amazing story.
Maybe it is no coincidence that I heard a man tell his story on a radio talk show about his and his family's experiences with MSG. They are well and happy now, compared to before with Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in their lives. I will research this radio show and see if I can find his name. I think he has a book out which lists all the names that Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) can go by and be legal for labeling in the U.S. I read you are not in the U.S., but maybe you have dicovered other names for MSG, as well in your country. How fascinating this all is? I had no idea Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) might be in soap powders and liquids, toothpastes, etc. What for, I wonder??? Yecch!
