Re: MSG and Aspartame detection

I suspect it would be possible to train a dog to detect Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and aspartame. If you are truly serious about it, check with a dog trainer. The same techniques used in search and rescue, drug detection, and explosive detection would work in this application. Plus, lacking a well organized labor union, dogs will work rather cheaply.
