Yup! Although I have never bothered to mention Candida to an MD, I have found lots of opinions that I was exaggerating how bad my allergy symptoms were or that had anxiety! My "favorite" is one time seeing a doctor who I know thought I was a hypochondriac. I had chest tightness and shortness of breath. The nurse took my vitals and my pulse was 130. (I once had a pulse of 120 in the ER and they immediately took me back and hooked me to a heart monitor) She immediately got the doctor who was annoyed I was there b/c I had spoken to him on the phone the day before and he had told me to wait until my appointment a week later to see him. That was my last visit ever with him, and when I got my records, he had scratched out the 130 pulse and wrote in 100!
Although I didn't tell him, I think he knew I was going to file a grievance against him, so he tried to cover his butt.
