Okay here we go:
You say " when i have a firm BM, i can see little tiny white/peach/tan colored mucousy things attached to the outside." = young candida
You ask "so are the "threads" hard?"= no they are just like the white mucousy things you see attached to the outside, but they are much longer hence older.
You ask: "i am still really confused. i am passing mucous everywhere...
is this a good thing a bad thing? candida? not candida?" All that you have described, except the long strand of brown mucous IS candida.
Good or bad? I find that when my colon is doing good, vaginal yeast is absent, when I get bloated, vaginal yeast augments, sometimes it can even become itchy. Then again, another factor is the step you are at in your menses cycle. I used to have vaginal discharges ALL THE TIME, then I got them only at the end of my cycle, before the menses. Now I seem to get them only when my bowels are doing real bad (when I have cheated). So letting it out is good, but not having the need to let any out, is even better.
Still, expelling candida is all good, you want it out. Expelling only specks = almost recovered from candida, expelling young candida is better than mature one. Expelling mature one is a good start, but you have a long way to go.
Regarding the lining:
In my opinion, passing intestinal lining is essential to reach deeper and get to candida underneath. Furthermore, this intestinal lining is a good house for
parasites and cleaning it all out is a good way to get rid of them. However this lining protects the intestinal walls and if you get a lot of intestinal pain, and do not see to resolve the issue (stop the drastic treatment you have endeavored and do aloe vera or
Probiotics Enema s) then you risk leaky gut. If you are not drastic with the treatment and listen to your body there is not much of a risk to get leaky gut as long as you follow the diet. Always remember, we have very few pain sensors in the bowels, pain there means there is a serious trauma and you should do something about it.
