Re: Thanks for everything guys!
Its important to understand that without thorough diagnosis (and even than its still is difficult) it is hard to give a specific name for what is ailing you; there are numerous conditions that have similar symptoms so focusing in on a single approach without being sure of whats the cause can be a hit or miss; I'm certainly not suggesting you to try a million things at once but rather to approach your dis-ease as a whole body condition.
It is likely that your body is congested with toxins and your immune system is underperforming (this is the root of any disease).
One thing that will help anyone with any disease is cleansing; releasing toxins from your system helps achieving balance faster. Colon cleansing,
Liver Flush kidney flush, etc will open up elimination pathways which will speed up the healing process. Yes, die off symptoms can occur and will vary from individual to individual; there are several methods of cleansing and what works for one might not work for the other so its important to take that into account.
Proper nutrition helps maintain proper function so things like
juicing and adequate amounts of good fats, carbohydrates and protein can be helpful (again every individual is different so its important to look for allergies). Good water and real salt will help maintain proper cell hydration and electrolyte levels.
Attitude is just as important (if not more) as cleansing and nutrition;
if your mind is full of negative thoughts and stressed it will reflect in your body's ability to heal. Negative energy impacts every single cell in your body and it can shut off your body's ability to properly assimilate nutrients and release toxins. Quite often, the disease starts when your mind is weak (stressed) as this will lower your immune system's defenses (its scientifically proven), allowing disease so propagate.
These forums are excellent as they provide great direct information from indiviuals going through similar experiences but its important not to allow yourself from becoming overwhelmed with information (i know i am); it is equally important to enjoy your daily life as this will prevent your mind from dwelling on your condition. If you are constantly worried about it you are not allowing your body to fix itself.
Good luck
Mike
