Diflucan is metabolized through the liver and used for systemic candidiasis, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, vaginal candida.

Nizoral is metabolized through the liver and is the dangerous one.

Without going into a long discussion, generally an undiseased liver can regenerate itself, given the proper care, even those that have been heavily burdened.
