Antifungals are not a miracle pill

Objoyl is right, antifungals will mainly alleviate the symptoms but it will not heal candida like magic. Some people have had nystatin all along and finally healed candida, some other hardly ever used antifungals and healed as well.

I am not too much of an antifungals fan myself BUT if you are to take a chemical antifungals, by all means DO NOT take diflucan, but Nystatin (or else Ketoconazole).
