You could eat white grapefuit , lemons and limes , I would probably not eat them everyday , not eat much of it either. The idea here is to cut out all Sugar eventually. What you need to do it gradually let the body get off of it and see what your results are. You might find you can eat oatmeal a few times a week with no problem or you might find eating is keeping you from making more progress. You will have to test it yourself. See if you yeast infections clear up and sinuses.
As far as grains, again go light. Do not eat with every meal , only whole grain, abnd smaller proportions. It is hard ot find premade anything wihtout somehting in it that should not be eaten. Most of us make our pancakes, muffins etc. to avoid eating somthing we should not. But you could try health food stores such as whole foods or Trader Joes.
Chromium is supposed to help greatly with Sugar cravings.
