You know, that sounds a lot more reasonable. I guess what I'll do is eliminate refined sugar, honey and maple
Sugar in favor of just whole fruit when I get a craving... then maybe up the carrots, then taper off on the fruit, replacing with just veggies. Then reduce the carrots.
Are there any fruits I will be able to eat? I do love grapefruit, and I read somewhere that the
Sugar in that is negligible.
Also, I haven't tried stevia w/ chromium, but I've tried stevia and to me it tastes just like another
Sugar substitute: icky. I think it's because my body isn't fooled, which goes right to the addiction. I will try to use it again, though, maybe in my chai if I can't handle it honey-free.
